By CURT SCHLEIER SPECIAL TO THE STAR-TELEGRAM CBS' Central Park West the nighttime soap opera introduced with much fanfare last fall is back with more fanfare new episodes and most important Raquel Welch It will run Wednesdays and Fridays starting tonight at 9 on KMChannel 11 through June But just about everyone concedes it's too little too late The show is not on the CBS fall schedule It's not being considered as a mid-season replacement It's dead finito finished Not so fast says Darren Star who created the show now renamed CPW A ticket to cancellation heck has been punched he concedes on the phone from Los Angeles but suppose the ratings are really good? Suppose viewers flock to the show?
