immediately The request for conservation is voluntary and has no enforcement or penalties said Charles Anderson Arlington Water Utilities director "We are not going to force anyone to do it but we worker whom a prosecutor called a "mass murderer" to death by lethal injection Friday in the March killings at the Mi-T-Fine Car Wash in Irving Robert Wayne Harris 28 stood stoically as state District Judge Karen Greene announced the sentence after the jury of seven men and five women deliberated about two hours Harris could have received life in prison After Greene read the jury's decision Harris who never looked back into the courtroom throughout his capital murder trial grabbed a white legal pad and was escorted by bailiffs back to jail A collective gasp rippled through the gallery as the
