Clark To Teach At Bowie Mrs. Louise Clark has been assigned to teach third grade at Bowie Elementary School. Mrs. Clark attended Stephen F. Austin State University, Lamar Tech and the University of Houston.

She holds a masters in education with a business administration major. She has taught in Houston schools for 15 years. A native of Newton, Mrs. Clark was graduated from Newton High School. She is married to George B.

Clark, director of Special Education in Baytown. They have five children, all grown and married. Dee Casey Assigned To Highlands Miss Dee Casey will be a kindergarten teacher at Highlands Elementary. She attended the University of Texas and Stephen F. Austin State University.

She received her B.S. degree in elementary education. While in college she was a member of the Education Council and sang with the Southern Singers. A graduate of the University of Texas, Miss Wooley received a BS degree in elementary education with a teaching certificate for English and Spanish. REL Graduate Back To Teach Miss Mary Therese Schwendeman has been assigned to teach English at Robert E. Lee High School, where she graduated in 1966. A graduate of the University of Texas, Miss Schwendeman holds a BA degree in government and English. W.C.

Smith At Sterling W. C. Smith will be a social studies teacher at Ross S. Sterling. Smith graduated from Texas Technological University and received his MA degree.

It was like "hometown day" for Baytown when a change of command and awards ceremony was held at Ellington Air Force Base for Naval Air Reserve Division D-2. Arnold R. Zubik of Baytown turned over the reins of commanding officer to another Baytown reservist, John R. McMillon. And during the awards ceremony, Arthur A.

Bianchi Jr. of Baytown was awarded the Navy Commendation medal for his service in Vietnam. Coincidentally, Bianchi is a biology student of McMiilon's at Lee College. Cmdr. Zubik's new assignment is with the Naval Air Reserve Staff at Naval Air Station in Dallas.

A staff engineer with Enjay Chemical Zubik served in World War II, earning the Navy and Marine Corps Medal, the Air Medal and other service medals. He graduated from Texas University in 1953. He and his wife, Wanda, I live at 2105 Chilton. They have a son, Robert, and two daugh- jters, Beverly and Cynthia. The new commanding officer, McMillon, graduated from the University of Texas and received his master's degrees from the University of California at Berkley and from Washington State University.

Cmdr. McMillon entered the jNavy in 1955 and has served as Air Intelligence Officer with Carrier Air Group 2 at Alameda, Calif. He earned the Armed Forces Reserve Medal. He and his wife, Betty, and daughters, Dana Marie and Linda Loris, live at 1804 Narcille. He is an instructor in the science department at Lee College.

Bianchi, an operating room technician and medical techni- cian at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital, is a pre-med student at Lee College. He was a hospital corpsman second class during his active duty tenure in the Navy and is now an active Naval Reservist. Bianchi's parents are Mr. and Mrs. A.
