These two half-sections joiD, and are located six and a half miles southwest of Pierceville, and are owned by the same party.

One half-section has a good two-room house, stable, granary for 1000 bushels of grain, well and windmill, chicken-house, and sixty acres fenced in pasture. There are 160 acres in cultivation, 40 acres in wheat, half of which goes with place, and the land is all rented for spring crop unless purchaser would want possession. The other half section has 1G0 acres that was summer fallowed and the wheat drilled early and is as fine wheat as there is any place. Half of this wheat goes to the purchaser, and will almost pay for the land it grows on. The other quarter is in grass.

There are no improvoments of any kind on this half-section. Both of these tracts are in a well-settled and well-farmed part of the country where they have never yet missed a crop, and are on the 'phone line and near school. The last year was the dryest ever known in this county, and the crops were good south of Pierceville, as investigation will prove.
