uel Bonilla and his followers were being HIDES AND FURS. (Tot week ending Saturday, Sep. 24.) permitted, while in Guatemala, to plot a Half a dozen people were cited for contempt of court yesterday by the Supreme court and the attachments were Issued. They are returnable October 3, and there will be something doing- in the Supreme court on that date. The case is from Bourbon county.

The sheriff of that county is one of the. persons cited for contempt. According to the allegations made in the case the Guthrie Mountain Portland Cement company borrowed IS.1S7.21 from the Central National bank of Carthage and gave tls note for that amount. Then the cement company went out of business in Kansas and the bank wanted to collect on its note. The cement company still owned considerable property in Bourbon county.

The bank sued the cement company and secured a Judgment for the full amount of the note. In addition to that it secured an order for the sale of the Bourbon county property of the company to satisfy the Judgment. In the meantime the cement company came to the Supreme court and secured a stay. The stay was supposed to prohibit the sale of the property pending a hearing; in the case. Notwithstanding' the stay the sheriff of Bourbon county proceeded to put the property up for sale.

It was purchased by a man named Young, and the bank secured what was due it on Its note. The cement company appeared in court and showed what action had been taken. The Supreme court Immediately cited the Central National bank, the attorneys for the bank, tke purchaser, purchaser's attorneys and the sheriff of Bourbon county contempt of court, charging him with violating an order of the Supreme court. The case will come up October S. 01 saies, 9s.7043v.90.
