This the most important and scientific statement of the great wealth of that section of the State, and the Maps most perfect and valuable, of any yet published. Men of acknowledged judgment say it will average 80 to 50 bushels of corn to the acre; about 200 acres are cleared, and it will produce 100 bales of cotton, besides provisions for the force. The uncleared land cannot be surpassed any where. and will yield 50 to 80" bushels of corn to the acre, and much Cotton as any in this country; situated within miles of the best market in the State, with Steamboat navigation to either Fayetteville or Wilmington: with richness of Boil seldom equalled never surpassed, makes the most ALUABLE and DESIRABLE FARM in the State. In connection with the above, I offer 208 acres of LAND on West side of Cape Fear, known as the "White Lands," just opposite the above.

THE undersigned offers for sale, in the Coal region, and within eight miles of the terminus of the Fayetteville Western Rail Road on Deep River, EIGHT HUNDRED ACRES OF LAND, adjoining the land belonging to the estate of George Wilcox, dec'd, and lying three miles South from Car-bonton, on Little Pocket Creek, Moore county. IN pursuance of a decree of the Court of Equity of the county of New Hanover, made in this cause at Fall Term, 1859, I shall expose to sale by public auction, at the Market House in Wilmington, on Monday, the 12th day of "March next, the following described Lots in Wilmington viz: "One Lot on Orange street, between Second and Third streets, adjoining the Lot of Benjamin Hoskins on the East, Mrs. Guthrie's on the South, and Mrs. Stowe's, and Mrs. Sintas's on the West side. Also, the Lot immediately North of Dr.

Dickson's re sidence, measuring fifty-six feet on Front Street, and running back seventy-nine feet five inches, with the use of a four feet alley on one side, aod a six feet alley on the other. Also, three lots lying between North Boundary or Water Streetand the Wilmington Weldon Rail Road bounded on the East by Fifth Street, and on the West by Fourth Street, said lots being designated on the plat which forms a part of the deed from T. D. Meares, Clerk and Master, to Wm. S.

Campbell; as lots iNos. 85, 86 And 87. I shall also offer for sale at the Court house oor in Fayetteville, on Tuetday the 6th day of March, the HOUSE AND LOT in Fayetteville, on the west of Winslow street, nearly opposite the foundry, now occupied by B. Feb'y 2. 91-ta STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, SAMPSON COUNTY. WHEREAS, information hath this day been made to us, two of the acting Justices of said the oath of Wm. T. Owen, that a slave, his property, named GUILFORD, hath run away and is out, hid and lurking in swamps or some other place of concealment, committing depredations the peaceful inhabitants of aid County and State: These are, in the name of the Stte of North Carolina, to require him, the said slave, forthwith to surrender himself to his master or ether lawful authority; and we do hereby order this proclamation to be published at the Court House door in th town of Clinton and two other public places in said County, and warn the said Guilford "that jf he does not immediately return to his master, it is lawful for any person to take said slave by killing him, or otherwise without accusation or impeachment of any crime.
