The Texas Supreme Court will investigate a man who filed an expletive-laden motion asking God )o inflict AIDS and herpes on the kisices Justice William IGIgarlin said yesterday The motion was filed by George Buchanan Roden on behalf of a McLenban County religious group embroiled jn a tax fight with officials there "What does the Supreme Court think they are God?
