Named were: President, Joy Pickel; vice-president, Ann Norris; secretary, Ruth Thompson; and treasurer, Brenda Frey. The program, based on a New Year's theme, included readings by Joy Pickel, Brenda Frey, Ann Norris, Ruth Thompson, Ruth Ann Hively, Bonnie Norris and a poem by Joy Pickel. The group made a scrap-book for the American Junior Red Cross. The February meeting will be held at the home of Ann, Bonnie and Kay Norris. S. Class To Meet Tonight Jacobus The Golden Gleaners class of Salem Union Sunday school will hold its monthly meeting tonight at the church. Officers will be elected. Mary Darr will be hostess. Donald Englebreth and daughter, Donna, Upper Darby, and Ethel Stengle, who resides at the Zellers' home. Zellers, a retired farmer, was born in North Hopewell township near Winterstown, the son of the lafe Daniel and Lydia Zellers and has lived in the area all his life. His children are: Mrs. Nannie Geesey, Mrs. James Hannigan and Mrs.

John Anderson, all of Winterstown; Mrs. Carrie Leffler, Laurel RD; Marshall, Thomas and Daniel Zellers, all of Winterstown area. A fifth daughter, Iva, who was the wife of Harvey Stengle, is deceased. She was a twin sister of Mrs. Hannigan.

Other holiday season callers at the Zellers' home were: Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Young and children, Linda, Mary Beth, and Dale, Red Lion; Mr. and Mrs. Richard Eisen- 24.
