Salesman Faces Legal Charge County Fire Marshal Mason Lankford lit a fuse under one firecracker stand operator Monday and promised more fire-' works Tuesday for firecracker salesmen who do not conform to state laws Lankford filed charges against the operator of a fireworks stand in Dalworthington Gardens because the roan did not have his license displayed Lankford noting one death and one serious injury resulting from explosions in fireworks stands have already occurred in Texas this year said he inspected about i 15 of the stands Monday He plans to continue the inspection during the remainder of the week "We've had two stands blow up in the county in the past three years and we're trying to see that it doesn't happen again" he said The fire marshal said charges would be filed against all
