ARTS, JR., COUNTY AUDITOR TO THE VOTERS OF CARROLL COUNTY, IOWA: ELECTION PROCLAMATION Pursuant to the direction of Section of Section 49.53 of the Code of Iowa 1973, I, William C. Arts, Jr., County Auditor in and for Carroll County, Iowa do hereby proclaim, make known, and give notice, that a Primary Election will be held at the regular polling places in the several Election Precincts in Carroll County, Iowa on Tuesday, June 4, 1974. The polls will be open at 7:00 o'clock A.M. (C.D.S.T.) and will close at 8:00 o'clock P.M. (C.D.S.T.) on said date.
