occupants of two automo biles escaped injury today when they collided at the intersection of Yucaipa boulevard and ifteenth street rom the nature of the crash it appeared that those in the car which overturned as it jumped off a bank were crushed but they were all able to crawl out unharmed A young mother and her two children from Modesto who had been visiting in Yucaipa with rela tives was the driver of the car and a Yucaipa rancher was operating the other car Both cars were westbound when the accident occurred witnesses told Venton Eidt California high way patrolman who investigated the crash It occurred at 11:12 am He identified the driver of the overturned car a Cadillac sedan as being Mrs Wanda Marie Sims 21 of Modesto and the driver of the other car as Edward Bohy 74 of Route 2
