Woodhead MIDVALE Joint funeral services were held Saturday for Joseph Addison Thompson Woodhead, who died Friday, and his wife, Sarah B. Rasmussen Woodhead, who died Wednesday, both in a Granger rest home. Burial was in the Provo City Cemetery.

Mrs. Woodhead's obituary appeared in Friday's Herald. Mr. Woodhead was born Sept. 17, 1836 in Provo to James Gladwin and Sarah Elizabeth Thompsor.

Woodhead. He married Sarah B. Rasmussen on Oct. 26, 1904 in Provo. Mr.

Woodhead, until retiring, was a machinist foreman for the Denver and RiQ Grande Western Railroad. Survivors include two sons and five daughters, Joseph H. Woodhead, La Meas, Keith B. Woodhead, Waterford, Helen B. Woodhead, Los Angeles; Mrs.

Anthony (Norma) Jensen, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Norris (Dorothy) Sharp, Midvale; Mrs. Hal (Marilyn) Clark, Spring Valley, Mrs. Al (Joyce) Wunderlich, Denver; 20 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. 't herself and her mate, a pure white male named Dasche.

Spencer SALT LAKE CITY Princess Eugenia "Delia" Gardner Spencer, 96, of Salt Lake City, died there in the Bonneville Rest Home of causes incident to age. She wis born Oct. 14, 1877 in Payson to Henry Erastus Stanley and Mary Rosetta Peterson Gardner.

On Oct. 22, 1895 she married Hyrum Lyiona! Spencer in Indianola, and the marriage was solemnized later in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died April 7.1939. She received her early education, then moved to Indianola where they lived following their marriage. In 1916 they moved to Hayden, Uintah County, and then in 1925, to Neola, Uintah County.

Mrs. Spencer moved to Salt Lake City in 1961. Active in the LDS Church, she was a teacher in the YWMIA and a Relief Society visiting teacher. Survivors include two sons and four daughters, Deone Spencer, Provo; Derle Spencer, Sandy; Mrs. Dessa Hcrrocks, Las Vegas; Mrs.

Ivan (Dellma) Bastian, Neola; Mrs. Toin (Darlene) Clark, Wellington, Carbon County; Mrs. Lee (Daphene) Clegg, San Diego, 39 grandchildren; 106 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Sylvia Black, Payson. Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m.

in the Berg Drawing Room Chapel in Provo, where friends may call tonight from 6 to 8 o'clock and Monday prior tu services. Burial will be in the Payson City Cemetery. 'Ardell' B. Clyde HEBER CITY Funeral services for Adeline Louse "Ardell" Buhler Clyde, 80, of Heber City, who died after a long illness Friday in a Heber City hospital, will be Monday at 1 p.m. in the Heber Sixth Ward Chapel.

Friends may call at the Olpin Mortuary tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday prior to services. Burial will be in the Heber City Cemetery. Mrs. Clyde was born Aug.

30, 1833 in Midway, a daughter of Gottfred and Louise Barben Buhler. She married Lionel Dean Clyde on Jan. 6, 1914 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, and he died June 30, 1961. Survivors include three sons and four daughters, Edward' W. Clyde, Salt Lake City; Roy J.

The Appalachian Trail is a continuous hiking trail stretching from Maine to Georgia. Delora O. Fisher Delora Oakley Fisher, 68, of 2727 Oneida Lane, Provo, died Friday afternoon in the Utah Valley Hospital. She had been ill for quite awhile. Mrs.

Fisher was born Aug. 11, 1905 in Provo to Vincent LeRoy and Claudia Ewell Oakley. She married John Fisher on Aug. 20, 1930 in Chicago. She received her early education in Provo.

Following their marriage, they lived in Chicago, then moved to Caldwell, in 1933. In March, 1939 they moved to Orem, then moved to Provo in 1970. Survivors include her husband; her mother, Mrs. Claudia E. Alexander, Provo, and one sister, Mrs.

Edward (Mary) Hannifin, Honolulu, Hawaii. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1 1 a.m. in the Berg Drawing Room Chapel where friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday prior to services. Burial will be in the Provo City Cemetery.

Jay R. Zabriskie SPANISH FORK Dr. Jay Roach Zabriskie, 40, died Friday evening in the Utah Valley Hospital, apparently of a heart He was born April 20, 1933 in Spanish Fork, a son of Howard and Margaret Roach Zabraskie. He married Marba Doughty on May 19, 1954 in the Manti LDS Temple and they were later divorced. He was educated in the Spanish Fork Schools, graduated from the Brigham Young University in pre meid, and later graduated from the University of Utah Medical School in 1958.

He joined the U.S. Army and served his internship at Letterman Hospital in San Francisco and his residence at Tripelor Hospital in Hawaii. He practiced medicine with the Army in Colorado, Texas, and one year in Vietnam. He also practiced medicine at the Sal; Lake Clinic for five years. He was a member of many pforessional organizations and also a member of the LDS Church.

Bill Lindsey in Benjamin caused a lot of smoke and water damage, but did not injure anyone. Mr. Lindsey works in Salt Lake Qty, and his wife was out shopping when the fire broke out. Two young boys had just returned from school when they noticed the fire in the back of the house. Billy and Sean Lindsey ran to a neighbor's home, and Sharon Wride called in the alarm.

A paiarby, Lynn Richardson of the Highway Patrol, also called and Spanish Fork and Payson Fire Departments responded and soon had the fire under control. Floyd Lundell, county fireman, also assisted. According to officials, the fire was probably caused by faulty wiring. Most of the clothing and furniture was removed unharmed. The home is owned by Frank Lake of Denver, so it has not been determined whether the house was insured.

Ephraim H. Eskelson GUSHER, Uintah County -Funeral services for Ephraim Howard Eskelson, 65, of Gusher, who died Thursday in a Vernal hospital of a heart attack, will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the Roosevelt Baptist Church. He was the brother of Lee Eskelson of Lehi. Mr.

Eskelson was born Nov. 27, 1908 in Fort Duchesne to David James and Mary Jane Lee Eskelson. He married Georgia Dickson in 1935 in Vernal. He was a miner and lumberman. Mr.

Eskelson was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow; two sons and two daughters, David G. Eskelson and Don Ray Eskelson, both cf Salt Lake City; Mrs. James (Sharon) Standi, Sunbury, N.C.; Mrs. Charles E.

(Kathleen) Smith, Humboldt, 12 grandchildren; one brother and three sisters, Lee Eskelson, Heber City; Mrs. Ruby Hailett and Mrs. Wanda Ferguson, both of Gusher, and Mrs. BelvaGrivet, Roosevelt. Friends may call at the Olpin Mortuary in Roosevelt Monday one hour before services.

Olcey LEHI Funeral services for Harvey Clark Okey, 84, of Lehi, who died of a stroke Thursday in a Tooele rest home, will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the Wing Mortuary Chapel in Lehi, where friends may call tonight from 7 to 9 o'clock and Monday prior to services. Burial will be in the Lehi Cemetery. Mr. Okey was born Dec.

6, 1889 in Alpine to Edwin and Mary Been Clark Okey. He married Zella E. Cox on Feb. 19, 1913 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, and she died on Oct. 24, 1952.

He married Mable Elizabeth Houghton Jacobson on Aug. 9, 1966, and she died Feb. 21, 1967. Mr. Okey was a farmer.

Survivors include one son and four daughters. George C. Okey and Mrs. Norman (Mildred) Olsen, both of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Winn (Eva) Hall, Lehi; Mrs.

Elmo J. Williams MURRAY Funeral services for Elmo Joseph Williams, 53, of 4375 Fairbourne Murrr-who died Thursday in a Salt Lake City hospital, will be Monday at noon in the Murray Eighth Ward Chapel, 160 E. 4600 S. He was the brother of Mrs. Albert (Beth) Mitchell of Lehi.

Mr. Williams was torn Nov. 1, 1920 in Murray to Samuel LeRoy and Annie Gillen Williams. He married Vera Averett on Feb. 14, 1941 and they were divorced.

He married Lois Mikesell on June 24, 1966 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A mechanical design engineer, Mr. Williams worked for Grabalizer Corp. He was a veteran of World War II. Mr.

Williams was graduated from UCLA. Survivors include his widow; three sons, Verl L. Williams, Salt Lake City; Paul Joseph and Scott Lynn Williams, both of Murray; a stepson, Jason Mikesell, Murray; two grandchildren; three brothers and four sisters, Mrs. Mitchell, Lehi; Roy Williams, Murray; Rex Williams, Azusa, Don Williams, Mrs. Ella Carson, Cudahy, Mrs.

Loader LINDON Hyrum Willard Loader, 90, of 710 N. Locust Lindon, died of a 'Stroke Thursday in the American Fork Hospital He was born Jan. 6, 1884 in Peasant Grove to Harry and Annie Pierce Loader. On Jan. 7, 1908 he married Zella Bird in Springville, and she died Aug.

4, 1944. Mr. Loader was a member of the LDS Church. He was a farmer. Survivors include two sons and one daughter, Russell W.

24, 1910 in Cadillac, a son of Albert and Daisy Moony Root. He married Bertha Johnston on Dec. 26, 1934 in Cadillac. He was educated in Cadillac but had lived most of his adult life in Grand Rapids, Mich. He had lived in Utah the past four years.

He worked as a die cast operator most all of his life. He was a member of the Salvation Amy. Survivors include his widow of Spanish Fork; four sons and four daughters, Donald Root of Spanish Fork; Earl Root of Payson; John Root of Indianapolis, Ind. Gerry Root of Eureka; Mrs. Donald (Margaret) Fellows and Mrs.

Clyde (Donna) Cattrell, both of Grand Rapids; Mrs. H.H. (Dixie) Vonier, of Cardele, and Mrs. K.D. (Cheryl) Van Ausdale, of Provo; his father, Cadillac; 29 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and two brothers, Fay Root of Grand Rapids, and Carl Root of Rockford, Mich.

Funeral services will be held Monday at the King Mortuary in Cadillac, Mich. Burial will be in the Sherman Cemetery in Cadillac. 200 Santaquin, died Friday at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, after a short illness. He was born Aug. 1, 1887 in Santaquin to John M. and Josephine Tietjen Holladay. He married Geneva Deliah Moore on May 10, 1911 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, and she died in December, 1969.

A retired employee of Utah Power and Light Mr. Holladay was also a farmer. He was a member of the LDS Church in the Santaquin South Ward where he was a Seventy. Mr. Holladay was a sports enthusiast and active in the Senior Citizens group.

Survivors include one son and two daughters, Clifton M. Holladay, Granger; Mrs. Hugh (Wilma) Twede, West Point, Weber County; Mrs. Junior (Mar Veil) Searle, Spanish Fork; 11 grandchildren; 18 greatgrandchildren; two brothers, Everett W. Holladay, Paradise, and Reed Holladay, Mt.

View, Calif. Funeral services will be Tuesday at noon in the Santaquin Utah Stake Center with Bishop Sherman L. Jones of Santaquin South Ward officiating. Friends may call at the Holladay Hills Funeral Home Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 30 to 11:30 a.m.

Burial will be in the Santaquin Qty Cemetery. Nellie Christensen HYRUM, Cache County Funeral services for Nellie Rose Christensen, 88, of 95 S. 500 Hyrum, who died Wednesday in a Logan hospital, were held Saturday in the Hall Mortuary Chapel in Logan. Burial was in the Hyrum Cemetery. Mrs.

Christensen was the mother of Jay Rose of Pleasant Grove. Sne was born March 8, 1885 in Hyrum to Mr. and Mrs. Octavis Smith. She married John Conrad Rose and he died in December.

1944. She married C.J. Christensen on June 27, 1946 and he died in May, 1965. She was active in the LDS Church. Survivors include four sons and one daughter, Jay Rose, Pleasant Grove; Aries Rose, Ogden; Mrs.

Bernice Arkas, Long Beach, Vern Rose and Everett Rose, both of Hyrum; 15 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister, Ariel Smith, Los Alivas. and Mrs. Bessie Pitkin, Vale, Ore. Angel is an unusual German Shepard. For one thing, she's pure white, although her parents were not.

She also recently gave birth to 13 pure white puppies after mating with another pure white German Shepari, a decendant of Rin Tin Tin named Dasche. And a third distinguishing feature is that she has a mobile home. Angel, owned by Steve Dransfield, of 340 E. 200 Provo, is very attached to her master. Steve isn't allowed to have dogs where he lives, so he's converted his van into a traveling home for Angel and her brood.

Daniel Sshaugaard PAYSON Daniel H. Schaugaard, 70, of 574 S. 800 Payson, died Saturday in the Payson Hospital after an illness. He was born June 25, 1903 in Koosharem, Sevier County, a son of Christian and Julia Ann Torgensen Schaugaard. He married Mary Estella Hancock on Aug.

20, 1923 in Provo, and the marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He was a carpenter at Brigham Young University, and had been a contractor as well. He was an elder in the LDS Church. Survivors include his widow; one son and four daughters, Mrs. Dan (Lola) Taylor, Mesa, Glen H.

Schaugaard, Springville; Mrs. Dean L. (Luva Dawn) Hiatt and Mrs. Alan (Julia Ann) Daley, both of Payson; Mrs. La Mont W.

(Ora Nell) Anglesey, Salt Lake City; 23 grandchildren; 14 great -grandchildren; five brothers and four sisters, Ezra Sorensen and Mrs. Chloe Hatch, bcth of Richfield; Leonard Schaugaard, James Schaugaard, Donald Schaugaard, and Mrs. Gilbert (Irene) Hatch, all of Koosharem; Mrs. William (Julianne) Pons, Provo, and Mrs. Lorin (Lily) Mayland, Glendora, Calif.
