is one man or woman going from home unlawful: ly carrying a concealed weapon there are a thousand who do not possess a pistol and would not know how to manipulate one if they had it Where there is one man or woman gambling on cards' or the ponies or throwing money i away on "craps" there are many: thousands who do not gamble' either for profit or for fun A large per cent of those thousands would
