Jackson was born May 23, 1906, at Llano, a daughter of Charles B. and Lora Stampley Gray. She married W. E. (Bill) Jackson, who died July 28, 1960.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Jean Smeltzcr of Virginia Beach. Va. and Mrs. Jeannette Childers of Roxton; one brother, Martir.

Brazeal died at St. Joseph's Hospital Thursday. C.O.Adams C. O. (Shine) Adams, 857- 5th NW, died Saturday morning at St.

Valrie Homer of Sanci Springs, Okla. and three grandchildren. The family will be at the Miller home in Cooper Monday. Mrs.Trula Deathrage Mrs. Trula Deathrage of Big Town Nursing Home in Mesquite died at 1:45 a.m.

Saturday at the Mesquite Community Hospital. Kuneral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the McClanahan and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Cooper with Ben Loring officiating. Interment will follow in the Ladonia Cemetery. Mrs.

89, of Bogata died Friday afternoon at her residence. Services are set for Sunday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Bogata with the Rev. Dickie Golden officiating with the Rev. Bob Posey assisting.

Burial will follow at Cuthand Cemetery. Mrs. Tyer's grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Mrs. Tyer was born Aprii 21, 1891 in Red River County, a daughter of Henry and Perie Eaves Byram.

She was a member of the. First Baptist Church and a Bogata Eastern Star. She is survived by three sons, Curtis' Latimer of Colorado City, John Latimer of Richardson and Sam Latimer of Fort Worth; a daughter, Mrs. Jettie Minshew of Bogata; 12 grandchildren, 23 great- grandchildren and 19 great- great-grandchildren Rita Haynes, bookkeeping manager at First City National Bank, told Lamar County Sheriff's deputies that someone forged 12 checks totaling $540 to the account of Mrs. Charles Kelley, 2118 W.

Kaufman. According to reports, the checks were during March. Mrs. Kelley reported to the bank on Thursday that the 12 checks had been forged. Sheriff's deputies reported finding three check books and a portion of another missing from Mrs.

Kelley's residence. The case is currently under investigation. MRS. AUSTIN Sparks, Pattonville, told Lamar County Sheriff's deputies that someone broke several of the windows in the Shady Grove Methodist Church in Pattonville sometime during the week. According to reports, the vandal apparently drove a vehicle around the church and broke the windows by throwing rocks at them.

The church is used every Sunday and no one has been inside since last Sunday. The case is currently under investigation. MELVIN EMILY, Route 1, told Lamar County Sheriffs deputies that someone stole a lawnmower valued at $650 from his garage sometime between 11:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday. According to reports, the mower was taken while Emily was in the process of moving.

Police roundup deputies reports. Reports show that Gene Sparks discovered the burglary Saturday morning. The thief apparently entered the back room of the business but was unable to get into the front room. Nothing was reported missing. LOXNIE DUNKEN, 340- 9th SW, was arrested by Paris police officers Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with theft.

Reports show that Dunken was arraigned before Justice of the Peace Chester Oakes who set bond at $2,000. tape player and two speakers were taken from his vehicle sometime before 5 p.m. Friday. According to reports, Ladill parked his car at 10- Gth NE and went to work. When he returned to the vehicle he discovered the items missing.

There are no suspects in the case which is currently under investigation. DURING THE 36-hour period ending at 5 p.m. Saturday, Paris Police officers reported investigating one report of a dog bite, two reports of criminal mischief, one report of harassing phone calls, two reports of shoplifting, one report of a disturbance, one report of recovered property, one report of vandalism, one report of child abuse, one minor accident and one report of 'discharging firearms. JOHN BOLTON, Biardstown, told Lamar County Sheriffs deputies that someone stole $1,050 worth of items from his residence sometime between 2 p.m.

and 4 p.m. Friday. According to reports the thief entered Bolton's residence through the rear door. Hems taken include a television set, $650; a watch, $250; and a diamond necklace, $150. Sheriff deputies checked the area for fingerprints but were unable to find anv.

DURING THE 36-hour period ending at 5 p.m. Saturday, Lamar County Sheriff's deputies reported making one arrest for possession of less than two ounces of marijuana, two arrests for driving while intoxicated, one arrest for public intoxication and one arrest on a warrant. They also reported investigating one report of a disturbance, one report of criminal mischief and one abandoned vehicle report. SHARON DIANE Crabb, 655 Graham, told Paris police officers that someone stole the hubcaps from her vehicle sometime between 5:30 p.m. Thursday and 5:30 a.m.

Friday. Reports show that Ms. Crabb's car was parked outside her apartment when the theft occurred. The loss is estimated at $250. SPARK'S STATION, Route 1, Powderly, was burglarized sometime Friday evening, according to Lamar County Sheriff's PARIS POLICE officers arrested a 38-year-old woman Saturday on charges of attempting to pass a forged prescription.

According to reports, the woman was attempting to fill the prescription at Gibson's Pharmacy, 2505 Clarksville when Paris police officers apprehended her. She was arrested and transported to the Lamar County jail.
