First it was Midget Saunders South shortstop and a teammate from the Pembroke Pines Cardinals Then it was Francy Connor who was chosen over Purser for first-team allcounty honors This season doing everything she can to change that year I was really disappointed and the year before it was Purser said we were on the Cardinals together Midget was in the outfield and I was the shortstop So I was kind of like my is one of the stronger positions in the McArthur Coach Cherise Coleman said I've always thought Laura was one of the top style of play is almost understated which might lead to her anonymity but her power is not She has a strong arm and a good bat to go with it Last year she hit 650 with 44 RBI This year leading the Mustangs with a 556 average and 24 RBI a good all-around
