Star-Text Fort first local electronic news service announced Monday that it will offer stock market listings and compatibility with different brands of home computers It will also provide service officials said Beginning Tuesday Star-Text a joint venture of the Star-Telegram and Tandy Corp will begin offering closing prices for the New York and American stock exchanges and the over-the-counter
