Railroad Commission was "deliberately falsified" the Texport Carrier Corporation of Dallas Tuesday filed suit for permanent and temporary injunction against the commission to prevent interference with its operations over Texas highways Texport has sought a permit to operate over approximately 1500 miles of highways between Munday and Vernon Paris and Tyler and converging On Houston through Jackson-
