Railroad Commission was "deliberately falsified" the Texport Carrier Corporation of Dallas Tuesday filed suit for permanent and temporary injunction against the commission to prevent interference with its operations over Texas highways Texport has sought a permit to operate over approximately 1500 miles of highways between Munday and Vernon Paris and Tyler and converging On Houston through Jackson- ville- Lufkin Corsicana Huntsville and Conroe The petition filed in federal court charges the commission's Opinion denying the permit was "arbitrary contrary to the facts fraudulent and prejudged" It states that was denied a fair and impartial opinion because the record was deliberately falsified by an employe of the commission and so shows on its face" Answering the commission's opinion that the operation of the company would cause additional traffic the petition declares that its trucks already are operating and cites alleged testimony of Gibb Gilchrist chief state highway engineer to the effect that the roads are not now congested It also cites permits granted by the commission totaling 146 to other trucking concerns since Texport was refused a permit onalapan junta itime 7 (0
