Hugh Hardin, Traveling Freight Agent of the Illinois Central Railway was in McKinney today on business for his company. He has his headquarters in Dallas. Mrs. Wm. Ware is reported to he quite sick at her home on South Church Street this afternoon.

Her numerous friends will wish for her a speedy recovery. Hon. R. C. Merritt, Federal District Attorney for the eastern district of Texas, is getting everything in readiness to leave tomorrow for Beaumont to attend court.

Mrs. Roy Jordan and little son, Ijewis, her sister, Miss Lyndon Lewis, went to Celeste this morning for a few days visit to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. H.
