The suit was filed Tuesday by Victoria Brouillette, who lives in Lexington, Mass. The defendant is Charles G. Goodell, chairman of the vocational technical division of the college. Mrs. Brouillette said in her petition that she was fired by Goodell because she testified on her husband's behalf as offici als considered dismissing him from his job as a mathematics and physics instructor. The contract of Theodore Brouillette Jr. was terminated for alleged teaching deficiencies. His wife wants damages and reimbursement for lost wages. Her suit alleges that Goodell was negligent and cites statements Goodell made in a newspaper after her dismissal.
