Additional survivors include a sister, Mrs. John Alfred Brooke, Merion, 11 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. The private funeral will be held Saturday from the late residence at the convenience of the family. Rev. Frederick B.

Crane, D.D., pastor of First Presbyterian Church, will officiate at services. Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery. There will be no viewing. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p. m.

Friday at Bachman Brothers Funeral Home. Mrs! Grace (Fogel) Dryfoos, 154 North Church street, member of a prominent Hazlcton family, died at 8 o'clock last night at her home Her late husband, Henry Dryfoos, who died in August, 1952, was a local real estate and insurance agent ior many years and was well known as an amateur baseball enthusiast. Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Llewellyn J. and Isabella Ann Sperring Fogel. Following attendance at Wilkes-Barre schools, she was graduated from Wyoming Seminary, Kingston, and National Park Seminary, Washington, D.

after which she made her debut in Wilkes-Barre. The deceased had been a very active civic worker and for many years served as a member of the Hazleton Chapter, American Red Cross board of directors. Her Red Cross activities included canteen work during both World Wars. She was also affiliated with the Visit-irs Nurses Association here. A member of the First Presby Hazleton Members Conduct Caldwell Degree Ceremony ST.

James Lesko, RD Weatherly, who received second honors, was paid $10 for his capon by Dr. Thomas Ritter, Lehighton. Schlenker, 551 North Locust street, who died Sunday, was buried this morning from the Bachman Funeral Home.

The funeral of Frank Par dec, Snow-in road, Harwich Port, former Hazleton resident who died Saturday, was held this morning from the Bachman Funeral Home. Rev. Dr. Franklin B. Crane, pastor of the First United Presbyterian Church, conducted the serv ices.

Interment was in Vine Street Cemetery Pallbearers were James F. Koch, Lewis B. Smith, Thomas H. Burgess and John Bell. Mrs.

Florence (Miller) Holman, Moorestown. N.J,, widow of Dr. Nicholas H. Holman, this city, who died Sunday at Moorestown, was buried this afternoon from the Bachman Funeral Home. The private services were in charge of Rev.

M. J. Foster Magill, Rock Glen, who died Sunday at Wilkes-Barre, was buried this morning from the Black Creek Methodist Church Rev. W. Ray Deming officiated.

Interment was in the Black Creek Methodist Cemetery. The funeral of Mrs. Armida Pe-cile, 820 North Church street, who died Sunday at the State Hospital, was held this morning from the Moran Funeral Home. Rev. Michael Penn was the cele brant of the solemn high mass of requiem in Our Lady of Grace Church.

Rev. Francis Mussari was the deacon and Rev. Anthony Mar- ra, sub-deacon. Father Marra gave the blessing at the grave in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers were Anthony De- lese, John Cauley, Joseph Chris' tino, Albert Langlois, Ronald Mas tanovich and Robert Letcher.

Irvin F. Eckrote, Dorrance, who died Sunday, was buried this afternoon from the Cragle Funeral Home, Hobbie. Rev. Charles Williman, pastor of the Dorrance United Church of Christ, conducted the services. Interment was in the Dorrance Cemetery.

A. Grohowski, 51. of 1640 East avenue, Rochester, N. a native of Freeland, died Monday at his home, a victim of leukemia, a disease in which he specialized. He was a radiologist at the Rochester North Side and West Side Hospital.

Born in Freeland, he was a son of Mrs. Mary Grohowski, Philadelphia, and the late Michael Grohowski. He was a graduate' of Mining and Mechanical Institute, Free-land; the University of Pennsylvania; University of Rochester Medical School, and served an internship at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Dr. Grohowski was one of the first American doctors to land with the Marines at Guadalcanal.

He served two tours of overseas duty, completing his service at New Guinea and leaving the service with the rank of commander. Dr. Grohowski pursued a course of radiology at Strong Memorial Hos pital, Rochester, and for the last 13 years had been radiologist at the Rochester General Hospital. Dr. Grohowski was awarded a fellowship in the American Col lege of Radiology for outstanding work in his field.

He edited a radiological paper being used in all leading hospitals of America and Canada. In addition to his mother, he Is survived by his wife, the former Peggy McCormack of Hanover Township; brother, Anthony, Phil adelphia; several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held Friday at 9 a. m. from the McLaughlin Funeral Home, 142 South Washing ton street, Wilkes-Barre.

Requiem high mass will be celebrated at 9:30 in St. Leo's Church, Ashley. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township. Friends may call Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.

m. Mrs. Felock Dies; Mother Of Ohio Pastor Mrs. Mary (Kmetz) Felock, 110 East Jackson street, McAdoo, died 7:17 d. m.

yesterday in St. Jo seph Hospital. A son, Rev. Mich ael Felock, is pastor of St. Micn-ael's Byzantine Catholic Church, Campbell, Ohio.

Born in Silver Brook, sne was the daughter of the late John and Helen (Gaughan; Kmetz. She was a lifelong resident of McAdoo. She was a member of St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Church, McAdoo, the Holy Rosary Society, Sacred Heart Society, and a past officer of the Greek Catholic Union No. 184.

Her husband Wasil died February 5, 1943. Surviving in addition to Rev. Felock are these sons and. daugh ters: Mrs. Gus (Mary) Leshefka, Greystone Park, N.

Mrs. Anna Timko, McAdoo; George Felock, Lansford: Mrs. Pat (Helen) Dur- ishin, Trcsckow; and Mrs. Mich ael (Margaret) Stefanchick, Wis city. Also surviving are 11 grandchil dren and one great grandchild.

The funeral will be held 9.30 a. m. Friday from the late, home, with high mass and funeral services at 10 a. m. in St.

Michael's Byzantine Catholic Church. Interment will be in the parish ceme: tery, McAdoo. Friends may call at the late home from 6 p. m. today until time of the funeral.

Housenick, 79, of 5 Wyoming street, Wilkes-Barre, died at his home yesterday at 1:30 p. after an illness that had lasted several months. Born in Conyngham, 14, 1882, he was a son of the late John and Emma Yost Housenick. He resided in Wilkes-Barre most of his life and was employed for many years in the maintenance department of the Luzerne County Courthouse. The deceased was a member of the First Methodist Church, Wilkes-Barre, the Wilkes-Barre Aerie of Eagles and the Odd Fellows.

Two sons, William, at home, and Richard, of Norfolk, a daughter, Mrs. Lee Thomas, of Forty Fort, and two grandchildren survive. The funeral will be held Friday at 1 p. m. from the Harold C.

McCartney, state police commissioner. This brings the total number of radar arrests for speeding in the Troop A area to 249 since the electronic device became legal evi dence Sept. 1. The troop also has issued 178 warnings. Breakdown of the October ar rests indicate 122 automobiles, and 19 trucks were involved.

No bus driver arrests were reported in the area for the period. There were 12 bus arrests in the entire state. Total radar arrests across the state in October was 2,363 of which 583 involved trucks. Karchner, 438 Allen street, West Hazleton. a former official of the Alto Trucking West Hazleton, died this morning at his home following an Lillness of two years.

Born in West Hazleton. he was a son of Elmer and Martha Karchner. He resided in the borough his entire life. Prior to his retirement several years ago. he was the telephone consultant for the trucking firm for 27 years.

An Army veteran of World War 'One, he was a member of several veterans organizations. The deceased was a member of Christ Memorial United Church of Christ, West Hazleton. Surviving are his wife, Helen, two sons, Walter Shepp-ton; Charles West Hazleton; and a daughter, Mrs. Edward (Ethel) Carsgo, this city.
