As To "Ridgewood Girls The Commencement exercises of Douglass College, women's college ot Rutgers University, were held June 8, with several students from Ridgewood receiving degrees. Among them were Evelyn Jana Rauch, Frances Partyka and Baroaia Williams. Recipient of a Bachelor of Arts degree In sociology, Evelyn was 'elected to Phi Beta Kappa and has been named to the Dean's List for academic achievement. She held a Ridgewood College Club scholarship for three years and a State University Scholarship and a general college scholarship for one year. In her sophomore year she received a muslo scholarship.

She was graduated with honors In sociology. For three years Miss Rauch was a member of the Elizabeth Rod-man Voorhess Chapel Choir and the Rutgers University Choir- She was chalrmah of her campus Recreational Activities Committee and class representative to Government Association, student governing body. In her senior year she was student chairman of her dormitory. A graduate of Ridgewood High School, she Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Arthur L. Rauch of 82 John Street. Barbara was a history major at Douglass. She has served as photog-graphy editor, advertising manager and a reporter on Caelllan, campus weekly newspaper. This year she was recipient of the Nichols award far outstanding work on the newspaper.

A graduate of Ridgewood High School, she Is the daughter of Mrs Charles A. Williams of 5 Robinson Lane, and the late Mr. Williams. She received a bachelor ot arts degree. An English major at Douglass, Frances, a graduate of Ridgewood High School, is the daughter of Mrs.
