There will be 15 individually styled homes located on view lots, he said. The homes feature four bedrooms with two or three baths. Separate dining rooms are stressed. Two car garages are universal with some of the homes having an additional space for boat storage or utility space. Complete air conditioning and heating is included with all kit chens supplied with dishwashers and gas ranges and ovens. Interiors include wall-to-wall carpeting and a choice with or without draperies. The homes will be completely landscaped with the sprinkler system installed. All utih'fy services are underground, Mr. Beauregard stated, and curbs, gutters and sidewalks already in. The street is paved. Sizes of the homes range to nearly 2600 square feet. A thousand pounds of mail averages 55,000 letters, according to the Encyclopaedia Britannica. Cornations provide many blooms Carnations are now or soon will be on the market in most C.A.N, nurseries. It is true that they will take care of themselves (most of them) if you give them a hot, dry spot with perfect drainage. However, a little attention will pay off in the grand man' er. Stake them up as they grow so that they don't straggle around on the ground. And pinch off about half the buds that form. That way you will get big, beautiful carnations over a long period.
