Eight permits recently issued for new homes San Beraardino county build ing permits totaling $61^ were issued recently for construction in the Yucaipa area. . The largest permit was issued to Mr. and Mrs. William A. Po- tiUo, U238 asth street, Yucaipa for a 1885 square foot frame and stucco dwelling on Fairview drive. Permit value was S16,443. Wilson Construction Company, buUder. Other Yucaipa area permits included the following: Jimmie E. and Lois P. Stockton, own crs, 236 East Randall, Rialto, a $12,035 permit for a 1,470 square foot stucco dwelling at 13137 Fifth street. Gene Brown CuS' torn Builders. NEW APARTMENT — New home of Mrs. Robert J. Off white drapes cover the window and sliding door off the dining room. Carpeting Beige carpet which is used throughout the apartment ends at the kitchen where white tile is used as the floor covering. A breakfast bar covered in a na tural wood grain plastic matches the kitchen counters. The builtins are in a gold tone and all the cabinets are finished in a natural wood color. A neat arrangement is the bathroom which has extra space to hold the Frigidaire washer and separate dryer. A marble topped counter holds the circular wash basin with its smgle lever faucet. Yellow tile is used around the tub with sUding glass safety doors. The master bedroom with its large green striped spread on the bed has white walls and beige carpeting. A maple headboard has built in shelves for books. A maple dresser is against one wail.
