Father Miller spoke on the significance of bells after which a reception followed on the church, lawn where cookies ah punch were served by members of the Women's Guild of the A memento of the occasion and history of the bells was skillfully hand printed and framed by Mrs. Duglad Maclachlan and presented to the church where it be hong in the building. It was on display at the door of the church Sunday afternoon where a guest book had also been placed for all the guests attending the service to sign. STRATTON During the Stratton "Arts Festival on Wednesday, Oct. 10, from 11 a.m.'to a foliage house tour for the benefit of the Southern Vermont Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society will be conducted at Stratton Mountain. The Manchester and Newfane Garden Clubs wuTprovide floral arrangements for each of the eight houses included the tour. Tickets are 1 for one house, 5 for eight houses, and $8.50 for eight houses and luncheon at the Stratton Mountain Inn. Tickets may be purchased on the day'of the tour at any of the participating houses or before, the tour at the Newfane Inn, Newfane, the Stratton Mountain Inn and Norse House, Stratton Mountain, and the Barrows House, Dorset.
