METROREGIONAL The Sacramento Bee Lake County fire contained homes believed safe But weather may be factor official says ByLisaRapaport Bee Staff Writer Firefighters Thursday night secured a perimeter around the 3283-acre Morgan fire in Lake County that had been raging since Wednesday night largely putting to rest fears that 20 area homes were in danger of being consumed by flames So far the blaze
