NEW WAY TO BE SUDDENLY SLIM Los you a woman whose figure is on the good side but might look perfect? YouH be thrilled by the new easy way science has discovered for you to become Suddenly Slim and yet completely comfortable. If you're more than 15 pounds overweight or your waistline is larger than 32 inches, then this idea is not for you. If your weight problem falls within this range, then you can realize a new, smoother figure today, without diet or exercise. Suddenly Slim is an all-new kind of 4-oz. girdle constructed of science fibers.

One startling innovation is the sheer nylon front panel. This is permanently stiffened by a science process and cannot give or sag. It's surrounded by a slimming action border. A featherstitched panel down each side of this girdle will contour your hips if they are a problem. The girdle itself is of a "wonder" Lycra spandex blend.

It's a new power net consisting of nylon, acetate and spandex. It is comfortable, but has such slimming strength, it gives your figure everything that possible with a foundation. "Suddenly Slim" in both girdle and panty versions, is the peak achievement of the California designer-genius, Olga. They are available in our area at DEISROTH'S. Foundation Shop, Third Floor Phone 455-3661 sions upon which hang the destiny of mankind.

So our anger needs to be intelligent and righteous. Wilson Mizner wrote, "The worst-tempered people I've ever met were people who know that they were wrong." And Artemus Ward once said, "It ain't ignorance of people which does so much harm as their knowing so much that ain't so." These are days which make a man's blood boil. His anger rises as he watches things happen within his country which despoil its great traditions. He writhes when he thinks of the unlovely violence. He worries as he thinks Of the aftermath.

It is this constructive, controlled, positive anger that our world needs. We aren't meant to be flabby, complacent people. We aren't meant to be people trying to keep the status quo. There is the righteous indignation of a Christian family over the persecution of their fellow man, and so sheltering the family of Anne Frank for mbre than a year. There is the righteous indignation of a Jeremiah, whom his biographer dubbed, "God's Angry Man." We live in a time which cries out for such anger.

It is a time which demands that God be in it, that righteousness be in the indignation and that morality be in the middle of the fight. "So God is a righteous God and God who has indignation every day." St. Paul's Methodist Sunday: 9:30 a. m. Church School.

Aged Priest, Fr. Flanigan, Dies at 88 PHILADELPHIA (AP) The Rev. Patrick F. Flanigan, one of the oldest Vincentian priests in the Eastern Provence of that religious community, died in Germantown Hospital Wednesday at age 88. Father Flanigan spent most of his religious life connected with St.

Vincent de Paul Church here. He gave a series of retreats in the Canal Zone and in the Republic of Panama in 1916. With a group of Vincentians in 1917, he conducted a mission crusade from Utah to Northern California and the Hawaiian Islands. Another crusade covered the diocese of Monterey-Fresne and Los Angeles in 1928. He also preached in the larger cities in the East, including New York and Cleveland.

Divine office will be chanted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the public chapel at St. Vincent's Seminary, followed by Requiem Mass. Burial will be at the cemetery at St. Joseph's College, Princeton, N.J.

Jordan and Saudi Arabia have realigned their frontier to give Jordan territory on the Red Sea south of Al 'Aqabah. Saudi Arabia acquired the southeastern tip of Jordan. By RALPH W. LOEW, D.D. An ancient Egyptian tomb is reported to have the inscription: 'And no one is angry enough to speak out." There are some unusual stories of anger boiling over into disgraceful, violent action.

There is the anger involved in military action. There is the unrestrained anger of mobs and the anger of men attempting to keep order. Anger is never pretty. It disturbs, protests and wrecks the complacent quiet. Jesus spoke out against the hypocrites and drove the money changers from the temple.

He was angry because of deep convictions. To love freedom is to be angry at slavery; To love justice is to stand against injustice; To love the dignity of the human being is to stand against anything which degrades; To love the right is to hate the wrong; To love God is to hate the evil. When hatred is degraded it becomes unmanageable violence, or irritability or immoral bigotry. Then a man tries to label his irritability as righteous indignation. Anger is always hard to manage.

It demands great discipline and superb restraint. Restraint is demanded of our diplomats, an ability to plow through semantic wildernesses with such deftness that personal anger never wrecks the discus Trinity Lutheran (Church and Hemlock Streets) 9:30 a.m. Church School. 11 a.m. Divine worship.
