notice to 40 businesses across the county about restrictions on sales of spray paint are among new anti-graffiti efforts announced by the Sacramento County District Office A single number will give the caller access to an automated system that can be used to report graffiti to police in Sacramento West Sacramento Folsom Elk Grove Roseville or Citrus Heights or to the California Highway Patrol or state Department of Transportation Pamela Irey spokeswoman for the District Office said Thursday that graffiti cleanup cost local agencies an estimated $1 million in materials and work hours last year
