THE EVENING NEWS, Harrisburg, Dies at Wilkes-Barre Rev. Thomas F. Kelley, 46, By Associated Press WILKES-BARRE, Feb. Rev. Thomas F.

Kelley, 46, pastor of St. Vincent's Roman Catholic Church, Plymouth borough, died late tonight at Mercy Hospital, where he had been a patient since Saturday. The Rev. Father Kelley, a native of Exeter Borough, was ordained to the priesthood June 16, 1927. Among t're survivors are a brother, Attorney Bernard Kelley, member of Philadelphia bar and manager of Philadelphia agency, Reconstruction Finance Corporation.
