'Escapes' Police to See Movie Homes LOS ANGELES (P) Belglum's King Baudouin gave his police escort the slip Monday night and disappeared for three hours and 20 minutes. Motorcycle police and carloads of newsmen were escorting the 28-year-old bachelor monarch from Los Angeles to Beverly Hills, hotel when his car suddenly turned down a side street. The officers and reporters reached the hotel and found they had thererted, only themselves They waited nervously until Baudouin and his party strode the lobby early today, laughing. Donald Hayes Killed in Auto HOLLYWOOD (P)-A sports car crash at 80 m.p.h. today ended the career of a promising young tenor, Donald M. Haves.

Hayes was a passenger in a car being driven on the Holly. wood Freeway by Albert D. Molina, 23. It went into a skid on a curve, hit an abutment near Santa Monica boulevard, flipped and skidded upside down nearly 200 feet. Hayes, 30 today, was killed Instantly.

Molina was dead on arrival at a hospital. Considered a comer in music circles, Hayes gave a concert only last Friday for students at USC's graduate, Music, in a program required for his master's degree. 800 Hens Burned LANCASTER (P) -A windwhipped fire burned 800 laying hens last night in a 400- foot long chicken house owned by Amos Hamady. J. (UPI) The New Jersey Assembly admitted Monday night that at least half of the platform of the political parties are "nonsense." The assembly voted 49-0 to limit state party conventions to one every two years and thus "eliminate the nonsense platforms" written in non-election years. 2 Arechigas Leave Ravine By JOE LEWIS LOS ANGELES (P) -Manuel Arechiga gazed sadly at the rubble that was his family's home for 36 years. He sighed. "When one is old, what does one need but to eat?" he asked in Spanish, watching his chickens scamper over the Chavez Ravine hillside. "For me alone, it is nothto leave my home. But I still cannot have tranquility.

Because this home was for my children. And to take it away from us, an injustice has been done. feel sentiment over this injustice. I will win my fight." The Arechigas have been fighting condemnation of their home for eight years. They attracted national attention May 8 when the couple, their children and grandchildren were evicted from their homes in the ravine, being cleared for a Los Angeles Dodgers ballpark and recreation area.

Their homes were demolished immediately by bulldozers. But they finally left Monday although their case is pending in Federal Court. Arechiga, 72. and his wife. Avrana, 66, gathered three small dogs and a few belong: ings and departed in a car Fire Dangers Bring Warning LOS ANGELES -County Fire Chief Keith E.

Klinger warns that Los Angeles County may experience its worst fire season in its history this year. Lack of rain has left Southern California hills parched and 1 dry. Tuna Clippers Unload Cargo SAN PEDRO (P) -A spokesman for San Pedro fishing boat owners says that two San Diego vessels will be allowed to unload tuna at the San Pedro cannery.

The two tuna clippers and a third San Diego craft were blocked from the cannery Monday when nine LOSE Angeles boats formed a blockade in front of the Star-Kist Foods unloading docks. Each of the Los Angeles clippers is loaded with iced tuna and their skippers are holding out for $230 to $270 a ton for the tuna. The San Diego tuna is reported to sell for $210 to $240 a ton. One San Diego boat was unloaded onto push carts at another pier. The other two anchored in the channel.

Later Anthony Nizetich, manager of Fishermen's Cooperative, representing San Pe. dro's boat owners. said the blockade will be removed to allow the two San Diego boats to unload.
