station's call letters and make sweeping changes in its personnel and programming At a press conference General Manager James Allen said Post-Newsweek Stations Inc new owner of the station had asked the Federal Communications Commission to approve a switch in identification from the present WLBW-TV to WPLG-TV The latter trio of letters in the proposed change Allen said will honor Philip Graham
