BUT WELAC had their meeting on Sept. 15, only one supervisor present: who was honored by this group greatly, but when Supervisor Liddicoat's name was mertioned, then the crowd became unusually wild and the feeling of a violence of radicalism reminded me as if it might turn into overtaking the local government or the beginning of Regional Government, where the Board of Supervisors would not be on the map anymore. Also present was Supervisor Baldwin's Aid, Albaugh, who was enjoying the crowd's feelings. i At above meeting, the threat was made to go to Supervisor's meeting and stop it (violently?) if necessary until GA increases would be approved.

The threat was Xilfilled last Tuesday (Sept. 20) as you have read in newspapers. Above subject (threat) was not on agenda and in the morning session, there is no oral communication and Chrmn.
