the state Department of Health Services was arraigned last week He is also scheduled to appear in court Aug 12 Ashcraft is free on $3000 bail Arndt and Ashcraft are accused of submitting altered and duplicate claim invoices for commercial air travel and transportation services rendered that resulted in overpayments of $139313 The two are charged with embezzlement and grand theft A 56-year-old Stockton woman suffered a fractured skull early Tuesday when she leaped from her car onto a freeway to escape a youth who kidnapped and raped her three times a police spokesman said She was hospitalized but there was no report of her condition late Tuesday Police are looking for a 17-year-old male who forced the woman into her car with a knife shortly after midnight when she stopped to
