Republican Robert Griffin of Michigan plans to combine his own anti-busing bill with President Nixon's proposed moratorium on court-ordered busing and attach them to one of numerous pending bills The Griffin bill would iake away from the federal courts Associated Press SACRAMENTO Calif A mother has filed a $125000 malpractice suit against four doctors she said incorrectly diagnosed her condition and operated on her for gallstones when instead she was pregnant with a 15th child In the suit filed in Sacramento County Superior Court Dorothy Hill and her husband Henderson cited Drs Alan Calkin James Yant and two unidentified doctors The suit said she engaged the doctors to treat her when she became ill with nausea on March 15 1971 But the suit said they "negligently and carelessly diagnosed her condition as gallstones and performed surgery for said condition" and the surgery "provided her with no relief at all" By the time the pregnancy was discovered it was too late to terminate it
