and Wilson Under the plan the Negro deaf would be moved to the Morganton and Wilson schools Governor Morehead School would be used solely for the blind on an integrated basis The plan still is in the hands of the governor ending acceptance by directors of the Governor Morehead School Director of Administration Ed Rankin said that negotiations on the plan had been delayed by the illness of the Police Say Asheville Man Shot Wife Self ASHEVILLE -(UPI)- An Asheville woman was killed and her husband seriously wounded Wednesday night in what police described as a murder and attempted suicide
