operating on Channel 7 and approved sale of its assets to Sunbeam Corp the channel's new and temporary licensee Biscayne Which has operated Channel 7 as WCKT since 1956 will sell its 79th St Causeway studio building its transmitter and tower to Sunbeam for 35 million dollars The commission did not act on request to sell its radio station WCKR to Miami Valley Broadcasting Corp The sale price for that assets was listed in Washington as $500000 The approval will set in motion a plan whereby substantial funds estimated in excess of two million will be turned over by Biscayne to the University of
