R. Bradley Tells About a Trip To' Ft; Ellingtoni to Visit His kjieutenant Emmett Bradley. R. Bradley and Josh Wallace have returned from Houston, where thev went to visit their sons, who are stationed, there. Emmett Brad ley 1st a second lieutenant in the aviation service, at Fort Ellington and Charles Wallace is sergeant in the intelligence, service at Ft- Logan Both men report, having seen a number of Winfield people.

Mr. Bradley says the aviation fields are full of interest. Flying is one of the most attractive arms of the service and high grade men aro flocking to Associated with Lieutenant Brad ley are 200 men. Some officers 111 the aviation service' cannot fly Experienced men always accompany the inexperienced; They sit irt front and; direct 'the new man. The man (n front must rely upon the mart behind as he Is instructed. Other wise: disaster would result. Lieuten ant took a man up while his -father was watching him. The ascent Is beautiful, says Mr.

Bradley. The.mechines are wonderful and ascend and descend at the command of the operator. While In the air the sensation of movement is lost.
