for a federal court hearing here on a reorganization plan for the Charlotte Motor Speedway Judge Craven Jr set the date in an order filed with the clerk's office Monday After a July 6 hearing in his chambers he had granted an extension for the plan's filing until "sometime in November" but he set no date The hearing in the judge's chambers followed a July 5 hearing in the courtroom at which Robert Robinson the court appointed trustee requested an extension 5 :00 3 Ring Circus :15 3 Ring Circus :30 3 Ring Circus :45 3 Ring Circus Clown Carnival Clown Carnival Clown Carnival Clown Carnival beginning as we follow Cloris Leachman and the telephone calls which are frightening her She even gets a visit from the caller complete with Ital loween mask This part IS neatly done but when we get beyond that into the unmasking of the culprit we find an old story Miss Leachman acts properly ter rifled by it all with John Ericson as a friend In need and Marion Ross as her of fice confidante
