HAROLD DWELLE of 314 and her granddaughter, Seymour Zimback from a four week tour of England. Seymour, who is nine, is the daughter of Elephare (Dwelle) and E. Rowe Zimmerman of 243 Hempstead Pl. Mrs. Dwelle makes a practice of taking each of her grandchildren abroad when they reach the age of nine or ten.

Mary Dwelle's special love is England, which she has visited so often that she has acquired a number of friends, and these invited her and Seymour to their home- adding much enjoyment to their visit. Especially exciting for Seymour by stagecoach from Oxford to Blendheim Castle--taken in the ancient manner with four horses pulling the coach, and trumpets blowing to announce its arrival at spots along the way. The two also took a canal trip, and visited Stratford on Avon and many of the interesting castles. After returning. the Charlotteans spent three days in Baltimore with Seymour's aunt, Mrs.

Eleanor Z. Kenney, and looked up former Charlottean, Alma Oates, now of Baltimore, who accompanied them on a drive around Baltimore and to tea at the Kenney home. Judy (Anderson) Fainberg and her husband, Bertram Mark Fainberg of New York, left Saturday by jet for Berlin where they will spend two weeks. Bertram is with the Jack Paar show, and Judy works with RCA and is studying voice in New York.

They married Aug. 1. Judy is the daughter of Mr. were and Mrs. J.

D. Anderson of 1912 Vail Ave. After the show engagement in Berlin, the couple will go to Paris and Rome, for a couple of weeks' vacation. Comings And Goings VICKI VAUGHN, daughter of former Charlotteans Alice and Jack Vaughn (Mr. and Mrs.

This is Josie's first visit to her Charlotte kin in 20 years. After a visit in Hendersonville. Mrs. Thomas Sawyer is back at her home on Coddington Pl. She was the guest of Mrs.

Paul Vecker of Key West, at her summer home in Hendersonville. The Sawyers and Veckers were friends when both couples lived in Raleigh. The late Mr. Vecker was vice president of Carolina Power and Light Co. Mrs.

He has taught in Blowing Rock. Florida and Charlotte. He will return to UNC this fall as a doctoral candidate in science education with a full scholarship from a private foundation..
