Awards luncheon SAN BERNARDINO The Inter-Club Council, representing services clubs of the San Bernardino area, will hold its 21st Annual Awards luncheon today at noon at the Masonic Temple, 4th and Arrowhead. Awards will be made for tjie outstanding programs and projects of local serv ice clubs during the year.
