Westport Residents In Minor Misnaps COLUMBUS, Ind. — Two minor accidents involving Westport residents have been reported by law enforcement officers here. The 1965 car of Mrs. Jessie P. Willis of Westcort was damaged $150 about 4:30 p. m. Thursday when it collided with the 1954 auto of Marvin Artis, 20, of Clifford, at Roads 9 and 31. The Artis car was damaged $150. Mrs. Willis was westbound and Mr. Artis northbound. The 1964 model of Ronald Milligan of Westport was damaged $25 when it broadslid into a mailbox at State and Brooks Streets about 4:30 p. m. Thursday, after the auto of Jimmy York of Seymour pulled from Brooks Street to State Street in front of the Milligan car. COMMANDER DISABLED SAIGON (UPI) — Lt. Gen. John L. Throckmorton is being relieved of his post as deputy commander of the U. S. military assistance command in Viet Nam because of a back ailment, a military spokesman said Friday. Throckmorton, a qualified paratrooper, suffered a slipped disc about two weeks ago. A military spokesman said there has been no improvement in his .condition. Airman Third Class Howard P.
