MY PHARMACY This new pharmacy and medical equipment store has opened on the grounds of Palmetto General Hospital, 7160 W. 20th Ave M-129, Hialeah David Warshofsky is the president of this new venture. He was formerly vice president of medical equipment for the My Pharmacy Home Health Group.
