board of supervisors today no school money was spent to defeat the Hagginwood annexation proposal Smedberg reported at the request of the supervisors who referred the matter to him three weeks ago after John Mogan and other north area residents charged irregularities on the part of school officials Audited Annually Smedberg pointed out school funds are audited annually and their books are open
