business man of Charlotte A Members Are Requested to Make Donations Mrs I Henderson chairman for Ellis Island in the Mecklen-burg chapter Daughters of the I American Revolution requests all 'members to bring their donations to the monthly meeting of the chapter to be held tomorrow afternoon at the home of Mrs Goode on East Morehead street This work is two-fold In addition the donations for the emigrants there are several hundred disabled seamen of the coast guard who are in the hospital on the island Many of these men are able to crochet mats belts bags and rugs and knit sweaters There are
