Oct A 33-yard pass from Billy Hayes to Art Weiner with less than two minutes of play remaining brought the University of North Carolina a 21-14 victory over the University of Georgia this afternoon in a game which turned out to be still another personal triumph for Charlie Justice the Tarheels all-American But before North Carolina and Justice made off with this win in what has become as heated a rivalry as there is in the South they saw Georgia storm for touchdowns in the third and fourth quarters to deadlock a battle which packed a season's thrills into one afternoon for a sellout qrowd of 44000 Then with the clock showing 13:40 of the fourth quarter played Hayes a junior fullback from Arlington Va passed to Weiner who took the ball on the 10 and ran over two Georgia defenders to score
