this case will be followed by the second trial of Harry Angeles for the murder of Simon These are the only capital cases that have as yet been set for trial by State's Attorney John Gramling and it is expected that the entire week will be taken up with them The Civil Suits A jury in the circuit court late Secretary O'Connor of the Miami Motor Club stated yesterday that at the meeting Friday night those present decided upon the route over which Waterway convention delegates will be taken while in Miami Arrangements are being made to secure as many automobiles as possible and Mr O'Connor wishes all who will donate their cars to register same with him at the Motor club room which is located in Uurmey hotel before next Wednesday November 21 so plans can be made for their use Mr O'Connor further states that letters will be sent next Thursday to all persons who have donated their cars explaining the details of the trips so that no waste of time will be necessary when the time is at hand An invitation has been extended to the Miami Motor club by the Palm Plans for the entertainment of the Atlantic Deeper Waterways association's tenth annual convention which are being rapidly rounded into 'form include both day and night fireworks for which a contract has been signed with the Newton Fireworks company of Chicago 1 A representative of the company now in Miami claims that the fireworks he will use here are made from the residue of war materials and there will be no waste of explosives which might otherwise have been employed against the enemy of the United States in the world war The fireworks display for use in daylight will be shown during the forenoon of Friday November 30 during the inspection of the harbor by the rivers and harbors committee of congress at which time a decorated boat parade will also be given A force of workmen will begin early Monday morning clearing the sidewalk on the Boulevard in front of the new Hotel McAllister which is still in its uncompleted state The brick and other building material that was left on the sidewalk will be removed within the building and the street will be left clear for the public don of Cutler Albert Johnson
