The class is held in the recreation gym from 5 to 6 p.m. The different exercises available are: aerobics class, jumprope, exercise bike, rowing machine and a punching bag. Also, students are encouraged to participate in the walking and jogging class. They meet right outside the rec where the outdoor swimming pool is. They have the option of walking or jogging around the center, according to their workout regimen, and follow a specific path so everyone is not too far away from each other.

Rec staff participate in this to help students keep track of how long they walk or jog and how much time it took them to do it. Also, Anne, the rec staff member in charge of arts and crafts, is finished fixing the pool tables. She will now be able to hold classes in the room, again. Students interested should see the arts and crafts schedule for the week that is posted up in the "rec."
