18, HENRIETTA STREET. Terms, on application. d4-3m 1 Imported Seed Barley. THE following Letter has been addressed by Messrs. A.

Guinnxss, Son Co. to their several Malting Agents throughout Ireland, to whom application may be made by parties requiring Seed St. James Gate Brewery, Dublin, February 19th, 1879. Dear Sir We are encouraged by the good reports of the Seed Barleys which we sold in your Districts last year, to repeat the experiment this Seed time, and have therefore instructed Messrs. J.

Figois Son, of the Commercial Buildings, Dame-Street, to purchase a small quantity of select Seed Barley, which they will supply you with at the Cost Price. We are quite aware that many Farmers will prefer to carry on the produce of last year's Seed this year's Sowing, and that you will, therefore, probably find less demand for New Seed. Besides, believe that there is a larger quantity of good Native Seed in the country. Nevertheless, we think it well to import a small quantity for any Farmers who may still wish for a change, and trust that we may be encouraged in the effort to improve matters. Of course, the transactions are to be as last Season for Cash only.

For further particulars. Samples, Prices, Ac, beg to refer you to the gentlemen named above, whose management we have the fullest confidence. We are, dear Sir, Tours truly, A. GUINNESS, SON pro J. T.
