Becktold Service Pins Awarded to OES Members Five-year pins for community service have been awarded to 10 members of Gate G-ty Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star. The pins were given in recognition of the women's work In making cancer dressings over the last five years. The dressings have been given to local cancer dressing stations. Honored for their work were Mmes.

Lee Taylor, Alice Wright, Clem Treswell, Mable Evans, Estelle Gress, Patti Allen, Viola McBride, Flo Ramey, Lola Kennedy and Peggy Vcstey. Victor Valley Senior High School has been an English teacher there for the past two years. She graduated from University of California at Los Angeles, did graduate work at University of Red-lands and is a member of Phi Mu sorority. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs.

H. A. Dyhrman of Victorville. Becktold received his BA degree from the College of Idaho. and his MA degree from University of New Mexico.

The son of P. H. Becktold and-Mrs. D. J.

A yellow and white color theme was carried out in gowns worn by bridal attendants Suzanne Honda, maid of honor from Victorville; Kathy Schraud, of Chula Vista; and Linda Joslyn, of Los Angeles.

Flower girls were Corey MCallister and Janice Knepp of Victorville. Standing with the groom as best man was Kenneth Cap-ron of Victorville. Brothers of the couple Richard Dyrhman, of Victorville, and James Becktold of Edwards Air Force Base, were ushers. Mrs. J.
