resolution honoring the memory of the former vice president of The York Dispatch Pauline TE Gallatin great-granddaughter of the founder of The York Dispatch was among 19 association members who died during the last year She died Feb 24 Gallatin retired as vice president of the newspaper in 1988 She was secretary-treasurer from 1961 to October 1973 when she became vice president She also wrote the
