African National Congress pledging to correct a "racially distorted" economy unveiled a plan Friday to give nearly a third of the country's farmland to dispossessed blacks Expected to triumph when South Africa holds its first multiracial election April 27 the ANC also said it would consider nationalizing some industries While the plan does not explicitly say white-owned land or businesses would
